\xc2\xb7 Support the performance management for learning & development for the whole organisation.
\xc2\xb7 Support the department head in HR matters from management reporting, paper writing, policy review to project execution.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Management
\xc2\xb7 Assist Manager to review and transform the performance management form, process, and system.
\xc2\xb7 Assist to drive the annual performance review process in determining the payout for increment and bonuses.
HR Policies
\xc2\xb7 Review of HR policies for relevance and updating.
\xc2\xb7 Support the line managers and the HR Team on the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs.
\xc2\xb7 Assist to streamline HR processes where necessary, to enhance the department\'s efficiency and effectiveness of Management Reporting
Projects
\xc2\xb7 Support Manager to monitor department performance and project timelines.
\xc2\xb7 Participate and support in projects in the HR transformation journey, where required.
Operations & Administrative Support
\xc2\xb7 Support to drive and implement department work plan to deliver results.
\xc2\xb7 Support to create a culture of ownership & continuous learning in department / organisation.
\xc2\xb7 Assist to drive high-performance culture for the department.
\xc2\xb7 Management of Scholarship holders & Training Funds.
