Job Description

Responsibilities



Act as a HR business partner to both internal teams and clients -- providing HR advice, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive employee experience. Handle and follow up on work injury cases, including reporting, documentation, liaison with insurance providers, and compliance with MOM requirements. Manage employee life cycle matters -- onboarding, offboarding, grievances, and general HR administration. Maintain accurate HR records, insurance details, and employee benefits data. Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, transfers, and confirmation letters. Coordinate with operations and client stakeholders on HR issues and manpower updates. Participate in audits, regulatory submissions, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Process timesheets for payroll purposes. Drive improvements in HR processes and employee engagement initiatives.



Requirements



Diploma or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management or related field. 2-3 years of HR generalist experience, with strong exposure to work injury management, insurance claims, and employee benefits. Experience in client-fronting or HR business partnering roles preferred. Prior experience in Facilities, Security, or Healthcare sectors is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage employee relations and grievances professionally. * Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
