To facilitate on recruitment and talent acquisition process, which include job postings, applicant screening and interviewing processes on recruitment portals and other channels.
Handle new employee onboarding & orientation.
Process onboarding documentations.
Prepare employment contracts and letters of appointment, confirmation and promotion.
Updating of manpower report.
Process work pass applications, renewal and/or cancellations and liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass related issues.
Manage PCP to cover all foreign employees.
Update the maintain database in the HRIS.
Purchase security bond for NTS workers.
Man-year applications.
Assist in organising of company events and activities.
Liaise with various tertiary institutions on internship programs.
Assist HOD in handling disciplinary matters, staff grievances and complaints.
Other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
3 years of experience in Construction sector
Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.
Candidates with experience in TIMESOFTWARE will be advantageous.
