Recruitment
  • To facilitate on recruitment and talent acquisition process, which include job postings, applicant screening and interviewing processes on recruitment portals and other channels.
  • Handle new employee onboarding & orientation.
  • Process onboarding documentations.
  • Prepare employment contracts and letters of appointment, confirmation and promotion.
  • Updating of manpower report.
  • Process work pass applications, renewal and/or cancellations and liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass related issues.
  • Manage PCP to cover all foreign employees.
  • Update the maintain database in the HRIS.
  • Purchase security bond for NTS workers.
  • Man-year applications.
  • Assist in organising of company events and activities.
  • Liaise with various tertiary institutions on internship programs.
  • Assist HOD in handling disciplinary matters, staff grievances and complaints.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in Construction sector
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.
  • Candidates with experience in TIMESOFTWARE will be advantageous.
