Act as main point of contact for all HR related matters. Playing the part of subject matter expert and offering advice to Management for all HR related matter.
Responsible for full spectrum of HR. Overseeing the entire Employee cycle including payroll.
Overseeing and responsible for the General Affairs of the company. Also to assist in overall general building maintenance and MSCT related matter.
Assisting VP of Manufacturing to ensure that engagement with production line employees is well maintained. Render assistance to production employees whenever deem necessary.
Other Ad Hoc Duties as per assigned.
Requirements
Diploma specializing in HR.
Minimum 3 years of experience handling full spectrum of HR.
Can do attitude and willing to do hands on task.
This role report directly to SVP of Corporate Affairs, Admin & HR, Procurement.
