Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a human resources role, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
Key Responsibilities: * Recruitment Support:
Assist with the recruitment process for construction-related positions, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment-related databases
Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, completing new hire paperwork, and coordinating training activities.
Serve as a point of contact for new employees, answering questions and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
Employee Relations:
Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances, working closely with the HR Manager to address issues in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Benefits Administration:
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks specific to the construction industry.
Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries, serving as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
HR Policy Compliance:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with legal requirements.
Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure understanding and compliance.
