The HR Executive is responsible for, but not limited to: - Partner with the Admin Manager to handle the full spectrum of HR administrative functions - Preparation of contracts and HR letters - Administer employee benefits, leaves, and training schedule - Submission of Workmen Injury Compensation (WICA) report and liaise with insurance for settlement of claims - Work closely with project team and payroll vendor on timely update of employee data and records to ensure accuracy - Manage all work passes application, renewal and cancellation - Supporting employee on / off boarding process - Registration and tracking of courses for employee - Participation in HR projects and initiatives - Other ad-hoc HR duties assigned Job Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,400.00 per month Benefits:
