Job Description
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelors degree in Human Resources Devt. Management, Psychology or any related course.
- With at least 2-3 years experience as HR Generalist.
- Candidate must be proactive and be able to collaborate with all teams.
- Must have a firm understanding of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
- Must know how to prepare and process payroll monthly.
- Must know how to process mandated government contributions.
- Can make a guidelines and new proposals that would help the company improve its operation.
- Candidate must have a firm stand in implementation of policies and procedures.
- Must be willing to work in Dagat-dagatan Avenue, Caloocan City.
