Job Description


:

The incumbent will be required to execute day to day HR operations activities, employee engagement activities/communications and execute HR operations processes.

Recruitment

  • Proxy for Human Resource Generalist in the event he/she is away.
  • Requesting of pre-onboarding documentation
  • Conducting of reference check
  • Preparation of Letter of Appointment (LOA) including obtaining authorised signatory sign-off/approval.
  • To send off signed LOA to new hire + requesting of onboarding documentation
Pre-onboarding
  • Ensure pre-onboarding documentation are completed
  • Reviewer for New Hire HRIS InfoTech account creation.
  • Assist Assistant HR Manager in policy crafting including executing of HR communications
  • Plan & Execute employee engagement activities
  • Support & Execute communication activities for Offshore and expansion teams

  • Conduct offboarding for all leavers (employment clearance and exit interviews).
  • Tabulate and provide summary reports on exit interviews conducted.

Employee Engagement & Communications

Day to Day HR Operations

Compensation & Benefits
  • Identify, Improve and Provide analytical reports on market surveys, employee welfare & benefits (eg: such as salary benchmarking)
  • Assist Assistant HR Manager in policy crafting (related to C & B) including execution of HR communications
  • Responsible for Prism+ C & B programs
  • Develop and communicate positive employee relations strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Initiate and organize company events, employee communication and welfare / engagement activities, i.e. company outings, social activities, teambuilding, CSR events, etc. to improve staff morale / team spirits and productivity
Learning & Development
  • Manage and drive the implementation of Learning & Development for company\'s employees (tools and concepts) that contributes to the overall learning effectiveness.
  • Review of data for government surveys (MOM Quarterly labour survey, MOM Annual occupation survey, Dept of Statistics Annual Survey
  • Prepare and provide reports, analysis, surveys and interactive communications on all HR activities and initiatives to the Regional HR Manager, as required.
  • Support in Annual Budget process, Annual Salary Reviews and Performance Bonus as required, in accordance with rewards policy and processes.
  • Assist & Participate in HR related projects and any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Government Surveys

Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Candidates with minimum of 5 years relevant experience preferred
  • Prior experience working with external C & B consultants will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with prior experience in Employment Practices and Regulations
  • Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in MS office programs (eg: strong knowledge of mail merge, v-lookup, pivot table)
