Job SummaryThe Human Resource Generalist is responsible for assisting the Human Resource Supervisor in the day-to-day Human Resource Operations.Job Type / CategoryWorking hours: 8:30 to 5:30 pmWorking days: Monday to SaturdayFull-Time employeeRequired Education, Skills, and Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Can facilitate queries and updates on SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and BIR Files
• Well-acquainted in all human resource functions (Selection, Recruitment, Government Benefits and Employee Discipline)
• Must be up to date on the rends on the compensation and benefits area of the the employees
• Has initiative and very timely in submitting reports both to the management and to the government mandated benefits to avoid penalties.
• Superb organizing and prioritizing skills
• Computer literate
• Commitment to 8telcom's Culture, Vision, Mission, Norms and Values
• Can work under minimum supervision

Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php12,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

• Davao City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

Experience:

• Human Resources Generalist: 1 year (Preferred)
