:

Reporting to the Managing Director & CFO, your job scope will include assisting in the full spectrum of HR duties and administrative functions for the JAFCO Asia group but not limited to the following:

• Liaising with various service providers in the respective countries on all payroll related matters

• Working closely with the accounting department in providing payroll related information such as

• Reporting to Tokyo on certain payroll related information

• Benefits administration such as leave, medical, maternity, reservist, dental, insurance etc.

• CPF & IR8A and other government related submission and claims

• Assisting in performance management, including annual appraisal, confirmation, resignation etc

• Preparing of appointment letter, permits application

• Ensure personnel records are maintained, updated and accurate

• Other HR related assignments

• Anyone who has PR experience may have an edge.
  

• Min. Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any other relevant disciplines

• Min 3-5 years of relevant experience

• A person of integrity and possesses excellent attitude & initiative

• Meticulous individual with good organizational skills

• Good Team player & able to multi-task

• Good communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to work well with people from all

• Pleasant personality

• Competent in Microsoft Words & Excel applications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
