We are looking for an individual to help drive Cyrus's mission from the inside out by supporting HR team in our people operation processes and initiatives. This role is suitable for someone looking to learn the foundations of human resources through real-world experience.

Responsibilities

Support the activities of the full employee life cycle (pre-onboarding, onboarding, in-service, offboarding, etc) Maintain up to date employee records in HRMS and electronic P-files Support the automation and enhancement of internal processes and workflows Support the coordination of internal HR team meetings and related events Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of HR services and strategies Assist in gathering HR survey data to support reporting of HR trends and performance Prepare internal communications material including but not limited to EDMs and posters Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed

Who We Are Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to convey ideas in a clear and structured manner Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team. Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with Mandarin speaking stakeholders Problem solving & analytical abilities to drive data-driven decisions. Proficient in MS Office, Canva and Google Suite applications
