About the Role
We are seeking a motivated
HR Officer
to join our team. The role involves managing manpower requirements, supporting client needs, and handling day-to-day operations of a maid agency. The officer will also assist in marketing efforts to promote our services and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate manpower requirements
Handle client inquiries and provide customer support
Assist in marketing campaigns and business development
Maintain proper documentation and compliance records
Support the agency's daily operations
Requirements
Minimum local diploma certification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in employment/maid agency operations is an advantage

Salary negotiable based on experience
