Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and maintaining employees\' medical insurance renewal, enrolment and de-enrolment.
- Assist the Senior GM of HR & Corporate Services in driving and implementing Training & Development
- programs; and ensuring that the planned programs meet the business objectives on a yearly basis.
- Works closely with respective Department Managers to manage and monitor employee(s) performance periodically.
- Responsible for executing yearly performance appraisal exercise and employees\' feedback survey and collate the results for all Department Managers and Company-level reporting.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining all HR related procedures and company-level policies and regulations with reference to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Ministry of Health (MOH) official guidelines.
- Assist the company in ensuring that employees comply with the company\'s BCP (Business Continuity Plan).
- Assist the Senior GM of HR & Corporate Services in the preparation of monthly HR reporting to management.
- Minimum Diploma holder in Human Resource (HR) Management, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management system is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
