Responsible for managing and maintaining employees\' medical insurance renewal, enrolment and de-enrolment.
Assist the Senior GM of HR & Corporate Services in driving and implementing Training & Development
programs; and ensuring that the planned programs meet the business objectives on a yearly basis.
Works closely with respective Department Managers to manage and monitor employee(s) performance periodically.
Responsible for executing yearly performance appraisal exercise and employees\' feedback survey and collate the results for all Department Managers and Company-level reporting.
Responsible for updating and maintaining all HR related procedures and company-level policies and regulations with reference to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Ministry of Health (MOH) official guidelines.
Assist the company in ensuring that employees comply with the company\'s BCP (Business Continuity Plan).
Assist the Senior GM of HR & Corporate Services in the preparation of monthly HR reporting to management.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder in Human Resource (HR) Management, Business or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management system is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
