Our vision is to be the world’s leading developer and provider of accurate, actionable, and affordable microRNA-powered diagnostic tests. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR advisory support to the various functional heads and people managers.
  • Manage the People Engagement & Ops and HR Business Partnering portfolio within the HR function.
  • Develop the local HR team to be an efficient and effective functional team and valued partner to the business through the continuous improvement of core HR processes through technology enabled and scalable solutions.
  • Develop and implement systems, policies, processes and procedures that provide value-added business solutions that support high levels of employee engagement, productivity, service and operational performance and quality output to customers.
  • Implement HR initiatives and programmes in the areas of workforce planning, performance management, talent management & succession planning to support business growth and objectives.
  • Oversee employee relations, employee engagement & handle grievance matters accordingly.
  • Manage the annual HR operating cycles for company-wide employee cost budgeting, merit reviews, bonus payouts etc.
  • Provide coaching to line managers to augment their effectiveness as leaders.
  • Support the management teams across all facilities to continually develop a local culture based on the Company’s values which contributes significantly to the achievement of Human Resource Manager SOP-003-F07_R01 Page 2 of 3 Company’s business objectives through innovative employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and review employee engagement/satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with the MiRXES Academy committee to ensure employee development needs are identified and interventions are in place both at a team and individual level.
  • Provide advice to line managers on remuneration and benefits philosophy and market practices to support overall business goals and local needs.
  • Provide timely, accurate and relevant HR Dashboard metrics and analytics reporting on a regular basis to support HR and business decisions.
  • Lead HR communications – both in writing and presentation, ranging from policies, training materials to employee communications.
  • Support the Human Resource Director in coordinating inputs and efforts across the regional countries.
  • Be a valued contributor to regional HR programs and initiatives.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or related field of study
  • At least 10-12 years of relevant experience and has managed a HR function with end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of HR.
  • Solid HR Business Partnering experience handling the full spectrum of HR in terms of personnel cost budgets, workforce planning, talent management, learning & development, total rewards implementation and change management.
  • Solid foundation in HR Operations with a proven track record in process optimisation and simplification.
  • A strong sense of integrity, initiative, motivation and drive, with a proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and managers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English and computer literacy across corporate systems, including MS Office.
  • Proven ability to develop value-added partnerships with executives and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess high standards and ethics.
  • Prior experience handling HR at a regional level would be an advantage.
