What the role is:The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Section leads the formulation, conceptualisation and implementation of competitive remuneration strategies, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, employee wellness policies and programmes to build an agile, engaged and future-ready workforce for HDB. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing innovative employee wellness and CSR programmes; developing and implementing Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies to meet HDB\'s needs to build a healthy, resilient and engaged workforce.What you will be working on:Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing and managing employee benefits programmes that are aligned with the organisation\'s needs and demographics. You will collaborate with key partners such as Group Admin, WSH Committee members in understanding the organisation\'s business requirements and eventually managing and delivering programmes/events in response to the business needs. Your job scope will also include overseeing the digitalisation of key HR processes such as benefits and claims transactions and facilitate the transition to mobile app platform as well as the management of the Human Resource Management System (Benefits and Claims Module). You will manage and provide support to employees and fellow HR colleagues, including reporting on key trends and issues to senior management and developing interventions in response.What we are looking for:You should have experience in one or more HR disciplines such as leave & benefits administration and implementation of employee well-being programmes. Ability to work effectively with all levels of stakeholders to develop creative solutions and solve problems effectively while maintaining consistency with policies, standards, procedures and regulations. Good decision-making skills, including the ability to negotiate, counsel, advise and influence people. Strong experience with events management, particularly in a corporate environment. Excellent communication, writing and organisational skills to work effectively with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office applications. Good knowledge of graphic design software/tool, SAP and Workday applications is an advantage.
