What the role is:The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Section leads the formulation, conceptualisation and implementation of competitive remuneration strategies, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, employee wellness policies and programmes to build an agile, engaged and future-ready workforce for HDB.What you will be working on:You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for: xe2x80xa2 Designing and implementing innovative employee wellness and CSR programmes xe2x80xa2 Developing and implementing Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies xe2x80xa2 Managing compensation and benefits administration xe2x80xa2 Being involved in the implementation of a new HR system on Workday xe2x80xa2 Facilitating change management and employee induction for the new HR system xe2x80xa2 Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure HDB's compensation and benefits strategies align with organisational goals and industry best practices.What we are looking for:
