What the role is:The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Section leads the formulation, conceptualisation and implementation of competitive remuneration strategies, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, employee wellness policies and programmes to build an agile, engaged and future-ready workforce for HDB.What you will be working on:You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for: Designing and implementing innovative employee wellness and CSR programmes Developing and implementing Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies Managing compensation and benefits administration Being involved in the implementation of a new HR system on Workday Facilitating change management and employee induction for the new HR system Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure HDB's compensation and benefits strategies align with organisational goals and industry best practices.What we are looking for:
