Our client is a well-established company from Engineering industry. They are looking for a HR Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and workforce needs.
Oversee HR policies and services, including recruitment, selection, retention, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training initiatives.
Ensure recruitment and selection processes are fair, merit-based, and compliant with employment regulations.
Partner with department heads to address HR needs and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
Coordinate in-house and external training programs to enhance workforce skills and development.
Ensure employment benefits remain competitive and aligned with employee expectations while leveraging available grants.
Oversee workplace safety and security compliance.
Lead HR staff to deliver efficient support and maintain high service standards across HR functions and office administration.
Coach and mentor HR team members to ensure professional, confidential, and effective HR service delivery.
Drive staff engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Promote staff welfare and engagement activities through leadership of internal committees or programs.
Manage office facilities projects and corporate identity updates to support organizational initiatives.
All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in any relevant field of studies
Minimum 6 years of relevant HR working experience
Possesses strong leadership experience, stakeholder management and communication skills
