RGF represents a comprehensive electronic components manufacturer leading the world in magnetic technology. Their diverse range of electronic components are at work all the time inside the familiar products that you use every day. They are actively looking to hire a Human Resource Manager to join their vibrant team.
The Responsibilities:

  • Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Employment requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale
  • Use performance management tools (in-house appraisal system) to conduct performance and salary reviews
  • Analyse trends in compensation and benefits
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee records
The Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
  • 10+ years work experience in Human Resources or Recruitment
  • Well-versed in labour law of ASEAN countries
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
  • Adapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in working with Access Payroll Software an advantage
