Job Description

What the role is:

You will join a team of HR professionals to formulate, implement and review the manpower and recruitment strategies and approach to meet HDB manpower needs, supported by insights and observations from HR analytics.

What you will be working on:

You will also participate in Digital HR projects, drive the implementation of the various HR digitalisation initiatives to achieve higher productivity and to enhance employee experience.

What we are looking for:

You should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and verbal & written communication skills, and be able to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels. You should also be able to work well both independently and as part of a team, and possess strong attention to detail. Relevant HR experience would be an advantage.
