Oversees full spectrum of HR functions for Singapore, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, performance and talent management, recruitment and training and development.
Work with outsourced payroll vendor for all aspects of payroll and eleave system.
Responsible for the full-cycle of recruitment processes and employee on-boarding/off-boarding activities
Organize and support employee engagement and welfare activities
Support key compensation and benefit activities such as Salary Increment, Performance Bonus, Promotion and Manpower Budgeting exercise
Oversees and carry out the daily HR administrative and operational works.
Perform general office administrative duties such as stationary / pantry requisition and maintenance of office equipment or facilities.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in in Human Resource or related field preferred.
Minimum 6 years of experience in human resource generalist within manufacturing industry
Experience in SAP / Oracle system is added advantage
Strong knowledge of employment/manpower regulations, government schemes and industry/HR best practices.
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management experience to drive changes and innovation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Independent and comfortable to perform as individual contributor
Can start immediately or short notice will have added advantage.
