No Charges will be incurred by Candidates for any service rendered. About You You a skilled Human Resources Manager and will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices, processes and policies. You will be responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to the organization's personnel and support the business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Your Day-To-Day Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance To Establish KPI for all staff and track the metrics (balanced scorecard) Assist the business with recruitment and to devise solutions to improve hiring strategies. Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. Designing rewards programs, alignment of packages & benefits Ensure legal compliance through human resource management. In-charge of reporting performance metrics for sales on a weekly basis. Ensure all records are updated and reports are timely and accurate. Management of Human Resource executive, responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc. Design and conduct orientation program for all newly hired employees. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Your Know How Degree / professional certification in Human Resources or related field Proven working experience in Human Resource management People oriented and results driven Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
