Human Resource Officer ($3500 $5000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening and interviewing (1st round).
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of employment contracts.
- Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, manage conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Singapore contract law and other relevant regulations.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as required.
- Coordinating on Grant application and submission.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore contract law and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
