Responsibilities Assist in the overall day to day operations primarily targeting recruitment matters and ensure prompt response to staff related issues. Human Capital

• Work in partnership with Centre of Excellence (COEs) and Shared Services for all matters pertaining to employee services and Human Capital staff movement matters such as timely offer of re-employment, monitoring of acting appointment, confirmation, conversion and work passes renewal, etc.
• Work in partnership with Shared Service, Human Capital to achieve recruitment target.
• To assist in the coordination of meeting new hires with Management team.
• Process full cycle of recruitment - preparing, sourcing, screening, hiring, onboarding and offboarding
• Prepare confirmation, conversion, inter-company transfer letters and etc.
• Prepare p-file, medical authorisation forms, salary proposal and etc for new hire.

• To participate and assist in staff event, engagement sessions, dialogue sessions when assigned.

• To ensure proper housekeeping of office documentation and completeness of document filings.

• To assist in the preparation of monthly statistics and reports where required

• 2 years of HR recruitment experience
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Organised, meticulous and task-oriented
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously efficiently
• Proficient in MS office
• Team player
• Preferred IHRP certified
• Travel overseas bimonthly for recruitment drive
• Work on weekends and/or PH when necessary
• Travel between Sengkang and Gali Batu depot when necessary
