Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Director, the HR Officer will be responsible for the daily functions of employee relations and engagement. * Administer employee welfares and benefits

• Handle policy enquiries (eg health insurance, flexi benefits, etc)
• Manage employee insurances including group term life, WICA and annual insurance renewal exercise
• Provide secretarial support to WHP committee as well as organizing programmes to promote wellness initiatives
• Assist in implementation of staff communication channels
• Assist in annual staff declaration exercise
• Assist in updating contents in staff portal
• Handle any other tasks as and when assigned by management

Requirements:

• Min a diploma in relevant studies
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Able to multi-task
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Proficient in MS Office Excel, Powerpoint, etc

Together with the Attractions, Resorts & Entertainment Union (AREU), our staff sewed stuffed toys made from socks, with proceeds going to Dignity Mama to enable young adults with disabilities to gain basic entrepreneurial skills and lead independent lives.
