Job Description


A) Job Purpose The Human Resources Executive manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for In2. The responsibilities include directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs. Act as a single HR contact point to guide in all matters on the full spectrum of human resource and office administration processes, systems and services. As a direct connection to your employees, you must be keenly aware of employee relations ensuring they are healthy throughout the organization.

B) Roles and Responsibilities 1) HR Matters:

  • Coordinate, facilitate and support in Policies & Procedures, Employee Handbook, Work Structure, , and Position Description for all positions.
  • Manage employee relation issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures and other industrial relation matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry practices and its application with current processes in HR daily operations.
  • To execute the processes on HR rewards, retention, human resources, policies, procedures, engagement and performance management.
2) Daily Operations:
  • Effective communication on new and enhancement HR matters to employees
  • Oversee the monthly payroll, monthly MY Personal Claims processing, HR daily operations and mandatory government statutory submissions.
  • To provide support in HR system & data record on employees.
3) Talent Acquisition:
  • To assist the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process within the organization across all levels by leveraging on social media or e-recruitment portal.
  • To facilitate the Onboarding & Orientation process for newcomers.
4) Others:
  • Initiate & maintain company social media platforms
  • Staff Placement – provide engagement & HR services while liaising with the project owner.
  • To assist in annual salary review exercises and yearly performance appraisals to all regional requests.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that Management/Superior may assign from time to time.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of management experience in HR
  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs, including Info Tech
  • A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
