Providing administrative support for learning related activities, which includes verifying training applications, liaising with external training vendors, processing invoices, and working with Finance to effect timely payment of learning related invoices and expenditure.
Updating of learning records and databases.
Designing collaterals (electronic and printed) to publicise learning activities.
Supporting learning events through the planning, coordinating, procuring and setting up of learning resources required for the occasions.
Requirements
Min Diploma Holder in any discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
