Castlery is looking for a Lead Specialist, Learning and Development (L&D) to join our People & Culture Department.
A newly created role, the Lead L&D Specialist will be a high-impact role in our People team, responsible for facilitating the development and growth of the Castlery crew across our global offices. The role will work closely with senior leaders and managers to understand the learning needs at both an organization and team-level, either sourcing or creating content to address those needs. As part of Castlery\'s commitment to creating a space for our employees to thrive, this role will also design frameworks and learning pathways to empower each employee to take ownership of their personal career journey. You will also help continue shaping Castlery\'s culture through crafting content and communications around our values and credos, ensuring that every employee is able to translate these core tenets into everyday behaviours.
