Job Description

Job Scope:- Manages end-to-end recruitment functions- Posting and drafting job advertisement via various job portals, online social media platform such as Facebook and Instagram- Meeting and shortlisting suitable candidates for job vacancies- Administers various human resource plans and procedures- Performs benefits administration and communicates benefits information to employees-Provides support for payroll administration to ensure accuracy, such as data entry of hours worked for existing staff based on timesheets- Maintains human resource information system records and compile reports- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests- Providing technical support across the company- Setting up accounts for new users- Liaising with vendors to repair and replace equipment as necessary- Testing new technology- Performs any other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.Requirement:
- Min 5 years of working experience
- Knowledge in Kronos Workforce Auto-time (Added advantages) or managing similar computer software application for time attendance will be preferred
- Strong in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player with a "can-do" attitude
- Able to work independently with min supervision
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and work well under pressureWorking hours: 8.00am-5.00pmLocation: Seletar, SingaporeJob Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 monthsPay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per monthSchedule:
