HR Specialist (1 year renewable contract) Location: Jurong Island (transport provided) Roles and responsibilities: * Analysing the manpower plan provided by HR Management and identifying the nee HR Specialist (1 year renewable contract) Location: Jurong Island (transport provided) Roles and responsibilities: Analysing the manpower plan provided by HR Management and identifying the need Retrieving the job descriptions, requirements and qualifications for the vacancies from the hiring managers Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods Screening candidates by reviewing large volumes of resumes and job applications Performing a large volume of phone screenings Providing all the essential information to HR Management for the selected candidate(s) for the hiring process Performing reference and background checks when necessary Analyzing the manpower needs continuously and build a robust candidate pool for future needs Handling administrative duties and recordkeeping of all the recruitment processes and updates Implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures. Identify the company's hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly. Manage the recruitment of our workforce, both locally and internationally. Manage the payroll. Follow up Work Passes application with our provider and MOM. Manage health and life insurance programs. Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status. Respond to employees' queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Requirements and qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years' recruitment experience with hands on experience of posting job ads, sourcing CVs, screening candidates, building candidate pool preferably in Oil & Gas Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word, Outlook, database management, and internet search Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrated ability to handle pressure Experience with foreign companies and multinational working environment would be an asset Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to scan large volumes of resumes Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods Team player
