We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Human Resources Assistant to support our recruitment efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about talent acquisition and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with posting job advertisements on various platforms and job boards
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support in drafting offer letters and onboarding documentation
Assist in organizing recruitment events or career fairs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
