Job Description

• Act as HR business partner, work closely with management and employees in Singapore regional office with all people queries, challenges and opportunities and to offer advice and solutions on HR related matters. Support the HR activities implementation in the region.

• Support the Performance Management cycle include monitoring and following up the completion of required tasks and action items. Also support the Learning and Development activities coordination and implementation.

• Manage end to end recruitment cycle across APAC Region for the positions up to manager level from drafting job descriptions, direct sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, producing all required employment documentation for new hires and on-boarding induction.

• Create and maintain a talent pool of both internal and external candidates through job board management, recruitment agency coordination and active search.

• Maintain close relationships with external and internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient recruitment processes. Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure the best qualified candidates are presented to the managers.

• Manage the consistency of recruitment activities across the business through the creation and application of a standard recruitment process.

• Maintain and review Oracle Fusion system / I- recruit to utilize recruitment data for analysis and development of potential candidate’s pool.

• Support the sustainability regional champion to rollout the sustainability strategy to the whole region and monitor the implementation of country business units.
  

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related discipline.

• At least 8-10 years of previous experience in Human Resources and managing end to end recruitment process across a variety of roles.

• Experience in partnering with the business to understand and complete human resources services needs

• Knowledge of HRIS, applicant tracking systems and other HR systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)
