ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES AND TASKS
ADMINISTRATION
Set up new employees using the on-boarding process including HR3/Time Target/ Distrib D3/ Litmos and other connected systems as required.
Send welcome emails to new starters with their password and link to access the HR3
Assist Showrooms with setting up new employees with finger scanning access in
Administer Exit Interview process and identify trends through
Administer the Employee Referral Program in conjunction with the Recruitment
Process HR forms, including change advice forms and generating employment
Monitor and action the Leave inbox and ensure accurate entry of employee leave types into the Time & Attendance system (TimeTarget).
Attend to enquiries through People & Culture Inbox g. confirmation of employment and other requests, escalating to the HR Advisor/ Manager any employee relations grievances as required.
Liaise with Payroll Supervisor to refer and/ or resolve employee pay related
Assist with updating the HR page/ content of the Nick Scali Intranet and Organisational Chart as
Update and maintain the WHS Incident report register as required and maintaining accurate incident report
Update and maintain accurate staff movements register in Synology platform as required
Administer training records and co-ordinate Induction Training with Retail Operations as
Administrative support to the HR Manager and other duties and tasks as assigned.
