Assist HR manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and regulations
Plan and participate in recruitment events and corporate events
Execute the learning programs.
Arrange business travel such as air-ticket booking, hotel, transport and so on.
Prepare weekly and monthly report of office operation/recruitment activities.
Prepare reports as required by management
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of MOM law regulations, Employment Act and employment practices is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
