Job Description


  • Responsible for the training and professional development of employees
  • The L&D Executive keeps a strong focus not just on what the learners wants and needs, but also on the needs of the organisation.
  • Manage communication of L&D strategies and employee participation across various L&D programmes
  • Analyse employee learning needs
  • Keep track of training report and follow up with HODs for monthly training record.
  • Assist the Talent Manager in recruitment (screening of candidates) for the Line staff.
