A Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while focusing on recruitment.

A Human Resources Executive will also be required to manage the recruitment process Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Spearhead the employee relations and assist the Learning and Development Manager in trainings
- Maintain online personnel system and monthly reporting
- Work with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industry for the recruitment process
- Promote and endorse staff benefits
- Assist and resolve team member and management queries
