LAPP produces cables and conductors for different industries and markets: mechanical and systems engineering, the automotive industry, MSR technology, electrical and installations engineering, EDC and more. LAPP has about 39 sales companies, 17 production sites and approx. 100 national partners worldwide.



Key Responsibilities: * Assist in all HR activities Biz. Recruitment, On-boarding, Training for blue-collared employees & temp staff.

• Assist the HR department in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment.
• Assist in handling the processing of insurance claims for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc.
• Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
• General office management such as ordering stationery, pantries and others.

Skills & Qualification:

• Any degree holders who have experience in HR & administrative activities are preferred. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
• Keen to learn and gain exposure in the field of Human Resources
• Must be comfortable travelling to Tuas and speaking with Rank-and-File workers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with the local labour legislation is an added advantage.
