Be a key person in the company expansion and hiring in the region Manage and perform the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore HQ, inclusive of recruitment, payroll & admin support . Directly support the company's senior executives in key HR decisions, including hiring of the top leadership positions and to set the company's HR policies in the SEA region . Provide support for landing, integration and localization for company's talents dispatched from the headquarter office (Shanghai) Job Requirements . At least a bachelor equivalent or higher . Minimum 5 years of working experience with people from diverse backgrounds .
