Mission
The Human Resources Manager, SEA will manage and lead Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations for Fendi SEA (covering Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines).PROFILE
Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end to end talent acquisition and retention process for front line retail positions
  • Support talent acquisition strategy, overseeing the retail recruitment and selection process, providing management with effective recruitment solutions in a cost-effective manner
  • Manage recruitment budget
Talent Management
  • Lead and manage all campus recruitment initiatives and internship programme
  • Plan and execute on employee branding initiatives
  • Support succession planning and performance review exercise
  • Work closely with department heads to identify right talents and develop talent pipeline
  • Manage recruitment budget
Talent Development
  • Handle staff onboarding and orientation ensuring all new joiners are equipped with necessary company information
  • Organize onboarding road map for office new hires
  • Identify training needs for both office and retail staff
  • Identify in house course or source for external course to narrow competency gap
  • Manage all training and development budget
Employee Engagement and Relations
  • Support communication and feedback channel between company and employees
  • Handle staff disciplinary
  • Plan and support employee engagement activities:
  • Monthly Birthday Celebrations
  • Festive celebration such as XMAS and CNY Celebration
  • Dinner and Dance
  • Ad Hoc Celebration - Promotion Luncheon, Appreciation week
  • Team Building and CSR activities

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Business Partnering; experience in Southeast Asia market is a plus.
  • Good knowledge in HR matter and Singapore Employment Act
  • Strategic business partnering and analytical skills
  • Outgoing, dependable, good initiative, pro-active and team player
  • Strong agility to manage a fast paced environment
  • Good organizing and time management skill
  • High integrity with good work ethic
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
