Process Engineering Specialists is a multi-discipline consultancy providing specialist project management, validation and automation services to our clients throughout Asia’s pharmaceutical sector. We are currently recruiting for the following position based in Singapore:

HVAC Commissioning Engineers (Pharmaceutical)

We are hiring Senior Commissioning Engineers with 10+ years’ experience in the hands-on commissioning of HVAC and mechanical utilities.

Responsibilities including:

• Working as part of a commissioning team for the successful start-up of HVAC and associated black utility systems
• Hands-on, field-based execution role with responsibility for leading the CQ efforts and achievement of the required project quality and schedule requirements.
• Management of HVAC balancing activities on site
• Fault finding and report writing.
• Communicate regularly with the Commissioning Lead and QAQC / testing teams.
• Ensure that all activites are completed in a safe manner
• Ensure the proper Lock Out Tag Out of Mechanical Systems.
• Preparation of documentation ready for client handover.
• Liaise with client and attend site meetings.
• Take the lead and work on own initiative.
• Vendor and contractor coordination and supervision.
  

• Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of hands-on field-based commissioning experience of HVAC systems
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
• Experience in the management of HVAC balancing contractors
• In-depth equipment commissioning and startup knowledge and experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
