Process Engineering Specialists is a multi-discipline consultancy providing specialist project management, validation and automation services to our clients throughout Asia’s pharmaceutical sector. We are currently recruiting for the following position based in Singapore: HVAC Commissioning Engineers (Pharmaceutical) We are hiring Senior Commissioning Engineers with 10+ years’ experience in the hands-on commissioning of HVAC and mechanical utilities. Responsibilities including: Working as part of a commissioning team for the successful start-up of HVAC and associated black utility systems Hands-on, field-based execution role with responsibility for leading the CQ efforts and achievement of the required project quality and schedule requirements. Management of HVAC balancing activities on site Fault finding and report writing. Communicate regularly with the Commissioning Lead and QAQC / testing teams. Ensure that all activites are completed in a safe manner Ensure the proper Lock Out Tag Out of Mechanical Systems. Preparation of documentation ready for client handover. Liaise with client and attend site meetings. Take the lead and work on own initiative. Vendor and contractor coordination and supervision. Skills / Experience: Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering 10+ years of hands-on field-based commissioning experience of HVAC systems Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred Experience in the management of HVAC balancing contractors In-depth equipment commissioning and startup knowledge and experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
