Job Description


The H-Ward® (Hospital Care at Home) Operations Lead is responsible for owning the end to end operational and clinical processes, resource allocation, and overseeing the overall client and patient experience for our partner hospitals who engage Speedoc for our signature H-Ward services. He / She is also responsible for the leadership and management of the operational staff, risk and quality management of the department as well as internal and external stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth delivery of our H-Ward services. Job responsibilities

  • Formulate resource and budget requirements to support and sustain H-Ward operations
  • Lead the planning, procurement and deployment of human resources, medical and non-medical equipment, analytics, technology and other requirements needed to implement the care model for H-Ward
  • Oversee and ensure smooth daily operations of H-Ward
  • Create / maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to meet clients’ standards and ensure service quality
  • Develop learning roadmap and materials, train and coach employees to promote their professional development
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, compliance of work policies, procedures and internal controls
  • Evaluate department risks and develop mitigation / contingency plans
  • Ensure consistency in service standards for a seamless client and patient experience and take initiatives to correct service problems
  • Coordinate and lead various projects to improve processes and key performance metrics through automation, best practices by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators of H-Ward operations, and ensure timely reporting
  • Initiate and build collaborative working relationships with key medical and healthcare stakeholders to advance our standing in the industry
  • Maintain healthy workplace communication between staff and management

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a team manager
  • Good understanding of Singapore healthcare environment
  • Strong team, networking and relationship building skills
  • Highly organised and detailed oriented
  • Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Strong change management
  • Good stakeholder engagement & communication skills
