That\xe2\x80\x99s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect:Flexible benefits plan including virtual doctor consultation servicesComprehensive leave benefitsGender Neutral Parental LeaveFlexible working arrangements25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementYour key responsibilities:Carry out detailed credit and financial analysisPrepare credit memos, financial modelling, scenario analysis for senior / mezzanine loans to corporatesInteract with Corporate Finance and C-suite personnel alongside senior DB team members to diligence underlying companies, assess the transaction, and to execute tradesAssist the team with various internal approval processes during executionOngoing monitoring of existing positionsYour skills and experience:For VP - Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, including at least 2-3 years experience in structured loans, private credit, private equity or credit / equity research rolesFor Associate - Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, including at least 2-3 years experience in structured loans, private credit, private equity or credit / equity research rolesHas relevant SE Asia experience from Buy side or ResearchExperience in carrying out deep dive credit analysis, financial modeling for companies across various sectorsAbility to understand and analyse financial statements, accounting background is a plusGood communication skills, analytical and detailed orientedRole is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office.
