Contract Period: From 1 January 2023 to 31 Decemer 2023Job Scope1. To provide ICT Technical Support and assist in ICT implementation in the school2. To assist in the maintenance and support of network infrastructure (wired and wireless) and network printers.3. To assist in the procurement of equipment/services, following guidelines stipulated by MOE and the school.4. To manage non-SSOE user accounts for operations required by the school. e.g . Apple School Manager, Mobile Device, Management Portals, School owned NAS, Wi-Fi, Gmail etc.5. To reset Student ICON email6. To perform diagnostic service and repair computing devices in school in accordance to the workflow as set-up by the HOD/ICT7. To take charge of video production8. To take care of loans of non SSOE equipment9. To setup/suport Audio Visual for events, assembly and meeting.10. To assist teacher in plannning, implementation, and evaluation of lessons through co-planning, on-site support and curation of recorded lesson resources in the ICT Studio.11. To support stock-take of ICT assets and stores together with other members of IT Support Team12. To manage the periodic replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment.13. To support student iPad access and configuration, and MDM/DMA management of iPads, including assist/advice students on ipad servicing and insurance claim.14. To manage the periodic replacement and condemnation of ICT equipment.15. To ensure secure operation of the network maintaining accessibility and convenience for users within the constraits of appropriate security.16. To manage the ICON email system and messaging systems with appropriate securities in place.17. To evaluate and analuse the ICT resources and infrastructure and provide appropriate advice for planning purposes.18. To carry out any other duties as assigned by P, VP, HOd and ICT Manager/Associate.Job requirements- Diploma in Multimedia & Info-comm Technology (or equivalent)- Proficident in spoken and written English and Mother Tongue.- Able to work in a fast-paced enviroment- Proficient in IT systems such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft, Google suite Apple Manager- Must have at least 1 year working experience in PDLP Computing school enviroment- Able to advise on use of projectors, Apple TV, visualisers, interactive whiteboard/Smart TV.- Able to provide end user support for hardware (ipad)- Proficient in photography, videography and graphic design and animation- At least 2 years of working experience in the similar job scope required for this position
