& Requirements
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Enrichment Training
The Personnel shall plan, design, and deliver enrichment training
programmes for pupils, including:
? Development of ICT lesson
? Digital Competencies training for pupils that align with EdTech
Masterplan 2030.
? Programming and coding skills development.
2. E-Learning Support
The Personnel shall provide support in the following areas:
? ICT support for teachers and pupils.
? Assistance in the creation of e-learning resources for teachers.
3. Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) - Infocomm & New Media Training
The Personnel shall conduct specialized ICT training for pupils in the
following areas:
? Animation software.
? Photography and videography.
? Green screen/chroma key video production.
? Web design.
? App development.
? Coaching and motivating pupils to participate in national and
cluster-level ICT competitions.
4. School-Based ICT Projects
The Personnel shall provide expertise and support for school-based ICT
and multimedia projects, including:
? Advisory and technical expertise for ICT-related creative works.
? Photography for official school events and projects.
? Preparation of video montages and photo collages for events.
5. SLS and Professional Training (for Teachers)
The Personnel shall assist to design and facilitate short, practical
programmes to enhance teachers' capacity in leveraging ICT for
teaching and learning. The focus will be on skills that are immediately
applicable in classroom practice and aligned with MOE's latest EdTech
directions. Training may include (but is not limited to):
Student Learning Space (SLS):
? Effective use of Student Learning Space (SLS) and other e-
learning platforms for lesson design, assessment, and feedback.
Multimedia & Content Creation:
? Optimizing presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Canva).
? Podcasting, digital storytelling, and educational video
production (including green screen).
? Website building and resource publishing.
Emerging EdTech Applications:
? Gamification and educational game building.
? Use of generative AI and productivity apps to support
lesson preparation and differentiation.
? Exploration of innovative EdTech tools that support blended
and self-directed learning.
Cybersecurity & Digital Literacy:
? Guiding students on safe and responsible technology use.
Professional Sharing & Resource Development:
? Assistance in peer workshops for teachers to share ICT best
practices.
? Supporting the creation and curation of reusable digital
resources for school-wide use.
6. Basic Administrative and ICT Asset Management Tasks
The Personnel shall support administrative functions, including:
? Keeping track of ICT assets, preventive maintenance schedules
and coordinate their timely execution.
? Conducting regular ICT inventory checks.
7. Other Duties
The Personnel shall undertake any other ICT- and multimedia-related
duties as assigned by the school.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
