Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays, 7.20 a.m. - 4.50 p.m. (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
May be required to assist on weekends for special events or projects.
Work Arrangement:
On-site, at assigned training or education facility.
Must be open to occasional schedule adjustments or overtime work when needed.
What You'll Do
Develop, deliver, and evaluate ICT training sessions for learners across various levels.
Conduct lessons and workshops on:
Google Workspace tools (Classroom, Docs, Sites, etc.)
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive)
iPad and creative applications such as Procreate.
Emerging AI tools for learning and productivity. Provide support for digital learning initiatives, ICT-related events, and multimedia production.
Collaborate with educators and internal teams to align ICT programmes with organisational goals.
Offer technical and AVA support, including photography/videography for documentation or event coverage.
Guide learners and staff in using technology effectively and responsibly.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Diploma
in Information Technology, Multimedia, or related field.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and iPad productivity tools.
Familiar with emerging AI tools and platforms.
Competent in basic photo and video production.
Strong communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
Able to engage diverse audiences and simplify complex tech concepts.
