Scope of Services1. ICT Lessons for Students



Conduct ICT/EdTech courses for secondary students during curriculum time (35 weeks) and modular courses during school holidays. Teach across ChromeOS, Windows, MacOS, iOS, and iPadOS platforms covering: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Google Workspace Apple Productivity & Photography Tools Cyberwellness Programming & Scripting (Scratch, C, C++, Java, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Python, Swift, etc.) Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator Student Learning Space (SLS), Microbit, App Inventor Ethical & Responsible use of AI Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, teaching materials, and student projects. Monitor and assess student progress and maintain digital portfolios. Conduct workshops to enhance digital literacy and prepare SLS packages.

2. ICT and Photography Club



Design and deliver training programmes for ICT Club students. Prepare students for ICT-related competitions. Train students in photography, videography, and photo editing. Guide students in covering school events and producing post-event media content.

3. Training Courses for Staff



Identify training needs and conduct ICT-related workshops for staff (e.g., SLS, Google Workspace, Apple & Microsoft Tools). Support teachers in ICT-infused lessons, content creation, and digital assessment. Recommend effective ICT tools to enhance teaching and learning.

4. ICT Related Activities



Support classroom teaching and learning through the

PDLP Programme

(Sec 1-4). Participate in monthly ICT meetings with the School, ICT Committee, and vendors. Assist in: Troubleshooting ICT-related issues and providing solutions. Supporting data administration and monitoring ICT activities. Maintaining ICT labs and ensuring equipment security. Setting up and maintaining devices (Mac/iOS, Windows, Chromebook). Managing network infrastructure and user accounts (Google Workspace, Apple Classroom, SLS).

5. Maintenance of School Website



Manage and update website content using CMS platforms such as

Isomer, Joomla, WordPress, Swiiit

. Possess knowledge of

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL

for web development.

6. Video Filming and Editing



Capture and edit videos of major school events. Proficient in

Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie, Final Cut Pro

, and other video editing tools.

Qualifications and Skills



Minimum Requirements:



Diploma in

ICT

,

Computing

,

Digital Multimedia

, or related fields. Must be

registered with MOE

as of ITQ closing date and remain registered throughout the contract period. At least

3 years of relevant teaching experience

in schools.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Apple Productivity Tools. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of ICT web tools for teaching and learning. Skilled in troubleshooting IT devices (iOS, ChromeOS, Windows). Competent in photography, video production, and editing. Knowledge of programming languages such as Scratch, C, C++, Java, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Python, Swift, etc.
