Job Description
Working Hours
Mondays to Fridays: Shall start at 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Qualifications
Shall possess a relevant ICT/IT qualification from a recognised institution, or equivalent qualification Shall have at least 3 years of experience within the last 3 years in teaching, coaching, or training ICT-related skills, preferably in primary school settings.
registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE)
Key Responsibilities
1. Enrichment Training
The Personnel shall plan, design, and deliver enrichment training programmes for pupils
2. E-Learning Support
The Personnel shall provide support in the following areas: ICT support for teachers and pupils and Assistance in the creation of e-learning resources for teachers.
3. Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) - Infocomm & New Media Training
The Personnel shall conduct specialized ICT training for pupils
4. School-Based ICT Projects
The Personnel shall provide expertise and support for school-based ICT and multimedia projects
5. SLS and Professional Training (for Teachers)
The Personnel shall assist to design and facilitate short, practical programmes to enhance teachers' capacity in leveraging ICT forteaching and learning. The focus will be on skills that are immediately applicable in classroom practice and aligned with MOE's latest EdTech directions.
6. Basic Administrative and ICT Asset Management Tasks
Keeping track of ICT assets, preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate their timely execution. Conducting regular ICT inventory checks.
7. Other Duties
* The Personnel shall undertake any other ICT- and multimedia-related duties as assigned by the school.
