Provide up-to-date notes and lesson plans for students. Each student must receive a copy of the notes. The notes and lesson plans are to be filed and presented to HOD/ICT for checking. . ICT Enrichment Programmes: 1. Personnel will plan and execute: . ICT baseline skill training for students . Adobe software skill set training for students . Photo-editing and videography training for students 2. Hardcopy certificates to be provided to the students after the completion of the programme by the Contractor. . Plan and administer of ICT training/project work for students: Design ICT training courses for project work Conduct ICT lessons for students, teachers and admin staff Assist students during project development sessions Monitor progress of ICT project development Conduct surveys . Plan the following ICT trainings for staff and students : Home Based Learning Cyber wellness: Computer Security Copyright Cyber bullying Dangers with Cyber Contact Internet Addiction Internet Pornography . Manage the school official website: Gathering information from various criteria owners Monitoring regular updates of website Uploading digital photographs and video clips of school events Improving the aesthetic of school website . Management of AV/IT equipment: Manage loan and set up AV/IT equipment as requested Maintenance of computer labs, IT Learning Resource Rooms & Broadcasting Studio (eg. report defects and etc.) Assist HOD/ICT and/or ICT Managers to send ICT devices to the service centres for repair . Design and develop multimedia presentations: Provide design, consultation and support for school wide presentations. Provide photography and videography support in annual school events (eg: Chinese New Year/ Hari Raya/ Deepavali celebration, Cross Country, Sports Day, Home-Based Learning, Racial Harmony Day, National Day, Teachers' Day Celebration, Annual Awards Ceremony, Open House, Staff Appreciation Day and other special projects etc.) . Design logos, banners, brochures, videos for the school: Provide support as graphic designer for school in designing logos, brochures, banners, school marketing videos, etc. . Conduct trainings for CCA Media Club students: Adobe software skill set training for students Photography and videography training for students Training related competitions for students . Provide ICT trainings for teachers Personnel will plan and execute short programs, when needed, such as: Microsoft Office 365 Google Suite apps Podcasting Video-editing Photo-editing Scratch Inkscape Mac and Chrome Software Other useful internet resources for teaching & learning Conduct assembly talks for the students and parents on ICT related issues, when needed. Support and assist any other duties as assigned by School Leaders and HOD/ICT. Requirements Min. Diploma in media or infocomm related Must be MOE eIRS (Instructor Registration System) registered Have at least three (3) year relevant working experience Fluent in English (spoken and written) Initiative Team-player with positive attitude Service orientated Able to work independently Physically fit Primary Core skills: . Microsoft Office 365 . Word, Excel,Power Point . Database Management . Software applications for teaching & learning . CPA: Scratch, Opentshot & Inkscape . ALP: mBlock with mBot . Managing School Website . Isomer (hosting, maintenance, support, HTML, CSS, CMS) . Swiiit (website builder, web CMS) . Photography and Graphic Design (photoshoot & editing) . Photo-editing (eg: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) . GSuite: Admin, productivity and collaboration tools . Google apps (eg: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Drive, Keep, and etc.) . Competent in operating different Operating Systems (OS) . Windows OS, Android OS . Apple: Mac OS, iOS . Chromebook: Chrome OS . Competent in using various ICT devices for teaching & learning . Competent in using Chromebooks for teaching and learning Working hours . Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm . Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm . Service may be required on Saturdays, Sundays or stay late during weekdays on certain occasions, depending on the school's requirements and programmes.
