Support preparations and organisation of the regional crisis management exercise
Support development of crisis related awareness and training materials
Take part where necessary in the management of crisis situations or safety-security incidents, including supporting accounting for staff processes and lessons learned reviews
Support and guide the territory BCM on the set up of the crisis management related tools and documentations such as Symphony, Satellite Phone, Conference Bridge, Everbridge, Crisis Management Plan, etc.
Undertake recertification of the crisis management activities
Review alignment and links between business and technical crisis committee plans
Undertake readacross assessments on crisis management capabilities, maturity and set up
Physical and People Security
Support Global CIB SSM to coordinate the yearly territory risk analysis with the territory SSM to determine the territory exposure level to safety and security risks and remedial measures to mitigate the risks as needed.
Monitor and analyse safety and security incidents and propose mitigation plans as needed with the support of relevant stakeholders.
Assess and propose to Group refreshed territory risk assessment criteria to determine the risk level of the territory for traveller and expatriate.
Support the implement the Safety and Security requirements of Group and CIB policies. Follow up / facilitates / supports the territory SSM to close gaps identified.
At regional level, design and set up processes, procedures and standards related to safety-security to protect people, sites and means as needed to supplement global and regional processes and procedures.
Prepare Safety-Security emergency response plans for exceptional situations as needed based on the risk profile of the territory.
Facilitate and support carry out premises security Intrusion Test and Operational Efficiency Test.
Coordinate the Safety & Security incidents reporting to Group PPS and prepare the quarterly SSM incident report for APAC.
Follow up on gaps identified by OPC (1st LOD) on the Safety and Security Generic Control Plan.
Support the management of clearance of travellers to high and extreme territory or area in APAC.
Job Requirements
About 7-10 years of relevant experience in crisis management, Physical and People Security
Able to commence work within short notice.
