Professionally and correctly advise clients on their Singapore immigration matters related to visas, work passes, permanent residence (PR), citizenship, and other immigration related issues. An Immigration Consultant\xe2\x80\x99s (IC) primary responsibility is to present and sell the company\xe2\x80\x99s services to potential clients who need assistance with their Singapore immigration-related matters by accurately assessing the clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and, providing information so the potential clients may make an informed decision for their immigration applications and matters.

DUTIES

Contacting leads to set up appointments for onsite and offsite consultations

Maintaining good business relationships with clients

Performing presentations to prospective clients

Preparing proposals, services agreements and invoices

Achieving the monthly and quarterly sales KPIs set by the management.

Keeping abreast with the latest rules/policies of Immigration in Singapore

Responding to queries timely and in a professional and efficient manner

Preparing monthly performance reports

Managing clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations and providing sound advisory

To attend various networking events organized from time to time.

To attend training sessions and workshops as required.

Assist in propagating the Brand and forging new collaborations.

Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimally a Diploma in any field

Proven experience in a previous sales role (optional)

Good communication and writing skills

Self-motivated to hit reasonable and attainable sales targets

Language skills: Fluency in English and Mother Tongue, other languages are advantageous

Required computer skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF

Singapore Citizens / Permanent Residents only
